Hi, I'm Jerusa
I am a photographer and artist based in Boise Idaho, and I have been creating portraits and visual stories for more than twelve years. I love people, creativity, nature, and the way a single image can capture emotion that words cannot. Photography is one of the biggest joys of my life because it lets me celebrate people and help them feel confident, authentic, and seen.
My approach
I express creativity in many forms, including pottery, watercolor painting, floral design, ceramic sculpture, and of course photography. Art has always been how I connect with the world and how I connect with others. I believe that relationships are the most meaningful part of life, and that belief shows up in every session I shoot.
When I am not creating, you can find me spending time with my husband, cuddling my sweet cat, reading a good book, exploring the world, trying new food, or enjoying time with my people.
